SigmaCalc

SigmaCalc is a simple parsing calculator that is simple yet powerful. It is created in C and is a handy tool for parsing mathematical expressions from other applications. It is licensed under GNU General Public License (GPL) Version 2. A console calculator and a windows demo is provided in the package.
